Salix x meyeriana
Meyer's Hybrid Willow
(pentandra x euxina)
The identity of this hybrid willows has been contentious for many years.
An alternate identification included pentandra x xfragilis.
This identification was described by ALEXEY G. ZINOVJEV

"I suggest that as this hybrid was found in the USA, another possibility of parentage could be Salix pentandra x Salix lucida as they are both in the same Salix section (Salicaster)" MHD
